Dr. Morrow is a graduate of the Blanton Peale Graduate Institute in New York City. He received his clinical residency certificate from that institution after a four-year full-time program. He also holds a Doctoral degree in Pastoral Psychology; his Master's degree is from Yale University. He has been a resident of Fort Myers, FL, since 1974 when he became the organizing director of the Counseling and Growth Center. He began a private practice in 1987 following 12 years at the Center. He is licensed by the state of Florida as a Marriage and Family Therapist.He is also a Hypnotherapist, and an ordained Presbyterian clergyman.
